My story
When I graduated college, my plan was to move back to Los Angeles and pick up my childhood acting career.
As fate would have it, my path looked a little different.
My 20s were dampened by mysterious illness and chronic fatigue – which for many years, I assumed was due to emotional or psychological shortcomings. I felt like I was sleeping my life away while my friends were soaking up the glory of their youth.
After receiving ill-fitting diagnosis after diagnosis, I sought out coaching as a last ditch effort to find relief – and my life was forever changed. Over the course of a three-month health coaching group, I got proper diagnoses (Lyme and Epstein-Barr Virus, among others) and began to experience radical healing. When the program finished, my coach asked me if I’d ever considered becoming a coach myself…and the rest is history.
I began a coaching apprenticeship in 2019 and discovered a deep passion for the work that grows stronger with every passing year. As someone who is prone to analysis paralysis and unending, cyclical rumination, I know firsthand that coaching provides both an opportunity to dig deep and to get into action. I am witness to frequent miracles as a coach, as my clients learn to move through blocks that have held them in thrall for years, experiment with liberating ways of thinking, relating and being, and create lives that surpass their wildest expectations.
My work is bespoke and highly customized to each person sitting in front of me. I often draw on principles and practices of Spiritual Psychology, 12-step recovery, Byron Katie, Steve Chandler, the coaching I’ve received from Sascha Alexander and in the CFJ Coaching School, my own experiences, and more.
I hold my clients in unconditional, positive regard and one of the greatest gifts in my life is helping them return to a deeper sense of self-compassion, self-sovereignty, and self-trust.
